It’s another short week in NZ as we head towards our first official Matariki celebration on Friday and this weekend.

We have the forecast across New Zealand for this week and the upcoming new long weekend.

We also cover off the weather in Australia and the South Pacific islands. La Nina is still around – but only just, and with a southerly flow coming out from NZ it will mean some tropical islands – and some in Queensland – may be a couple degrees cooler as this week kicks off.
