High pressure continues to control NZ’s weather but severe weather is likely next week as gales and heavy rain move through.
There’s still a few days to go before this is locked in with more detail, but the calm/frosty/colder weather is likely to be replaced by a windier, wetter set up next week. In saying that – New Zealand’s mountains and ranges will play a role in breaking up the weather – making it windier for some, but sunnier/drier for others.
