VIDEO: NZ/Aust forecast to Wednesday + Philippines typhoon update

New Zealand has a cooler change coming through on Saturday but it’s short lived with milder weather returning on Sunday and early next week.

A few showers for the North Island on Saturday, then drier Sunday.

Next week a sub-tropical low in the Tasman Sea should drift away from Sydney and Brisbane and reach NZ. Meanwhile high pressure dominates a very large portion of Australia.

We have a special update on the typhoon heading towards the Philippines. This coverage starts at about 3 minutes and 50 seconds in, if you want to skip to that portion of the video only.
