NZ’s unsettled weather carries on into this weekend as a cold blast out of Aussie comes our way.

The cold front arrives in NZ on Saturday then a low forms on Sunday.

Before reaching NZ the cold change will bring a windy, wet and colder end to the working week for Australia.

However our last map for Sunday also shows a huge amount of high pressure and westerlies coming out of the Indian Ocean and across Australia – with a chance they could also reach NZ later in the month (not locked in).
