Classic Autumn is here with one week warm, the next week cold.

The days ahead lean warmer than average with warmer nights on the way this Friday and weekend.

However a significant temperature drop comes next Monday and Tuesday with some places in the south down over 10 degrees on where they are this week.

But mid to late next week another high rolls in – there may even be a sub-tropical low following that. Welcome to classic Autumn across New Zealand!
