High pressure dominates NZ but some showers and wind changes are expected.

Regions that are drier are likely to become drier over the next 7 days.

The tropics is very busy at the moment, so too is the Southern Ocean – but for now NZ remains under a “protective” layer of high pressure keeping most rain makers offshore.
