WEATHER ON SUNDAY

A few showers push into the western North Island on Sunday morning, only a few showers reaching Auckland and Northland later in the day. Some rain for the West Coast and about Nelson / Marlborough eases in the afternoon to showers, Nelson and Marlborough dries out in the afternoon with sun breaking through.

Southland and Otago sees a few showers, mostly clearing later in the day.

Canterbury northwards in the east should see some sun with warm temperatures, South Canterbury may see a shower later in the day.
