VIDEO: Sub-tropical warmth & rain may be just what the North Island needs

A cold wet change is spreading up New Zealand but the top of the country won’t be impacted much by the cold side of things.

In fact sub-tropical airflows look to set to frequently affect northern NZ over the coming weeks.
