High pressure is trying to move in to NZ, but there is still the chance of some heavy rain in the upper North Island over the next 48 hours, although it is mostly isolated.
Generally speaking much more settled weather is on the way, but the placement of the high pressure (which is continually shifting around) means showers, cloud, and some wind may still get through into some regions over the coming week.
We have your NZ forecast from today to Wednesday of next week.
