Sunny or mostly sunny with light easterlies developing.

Fairly sunny and calm but easterlies slowly building and some high cloud
possible from the north ahead of Lusi

May be fairly sunny to start with but clouds thickening today.  Late evening showers are
possible in BOP. Rain develops after midnight – but only patchy for for some.

 Auckland & Northland
Easterlies slowly rising. Clouds increase and thicken as Lusi moves closer.  Eastern Northland
will see showers turning to rain as the afternoon or evening wears on – Auckland should be
dry but showers may arrive in the evening, with patchy rain overnight.
