Im curious to why we say summer finishes 1st of march when even sea surface temps are higher now than they are in dec. in fact december seems generally cooler than march
I have noticed that in the states they use the measure of 21st of march beginning of spring is their a reason why we dont measure 21st the beg of autumn ? cheers
