La Nina continues to develop and while it’s a silver lining for this needing rain, it may not be the silver bullet.

The positives are that we’re seeing both mild weather and afternoon downpours/more showers in the forecast.

The negatives are that the downpours may be isolated and not everyone will get relief. Still, some wet weather is in the forecast.
