It has a WOW factor for the region I live in. Far warmer, drier and less stormier than the norm. Nothing unusual about a big westerly either … equated NW.. Today 12 months ago we had a terrible SE storm with hail & snow behind us. A big calvus formed and came down on top of us, exploding as it tilted over the escarpment face. That didn,t happen 2013 phew. May was the closest we got to it witha mountain storm at ground level.
