Remarkable video footage from earlier this morning shows flood waters rising over a dam in China, leaving a taxi driver and his passenger stranded. The female passenger was ultimately washed downstream and rescued by firefighters. Rescue crews used a crane to give the driver a rope and life vest. He was pulled out about an hour later.
