Winter ends today August 31st on the meteorological calendar and Spring kicks off on Thursday, however Spring conditions are already here – along with pollen.

We take a look back at the warm winter, the polar blast earlier in August and how September is looking like more of the same and starting off warmer than average…as is the 2016 trend in New Zealand.

Over the next few days even warmer weather moves in with temperatures climbing into the 20s.
