We have a cold change coming this Friday dropping temperatures in some regions by over 12 degrees as it heads north. On Saturday it reaches the North Island and falls apart. Before it arrives we have more hot weather with late 20s and early 30s.

The weekend sees high pressure expand over New Zealand then slide off the country early next week bringing back more hot north to north west winds.

By Waitangi Day we may be seeing a cold front arriving – it’s too early to 100% lock in but we have the latest outlook.
