Yesterday I drove down to Waihi and back. The wheel wash coming off some of those juggernauts on the roads was downright dangerous. One large rig carrying logs, was putting up so much wash, that had I not had the presence of mind to flip the wipers to top speed, I might have ended up off the road when the dense curtain of water hit my car. I thought it was illegal for trucks to put up that sort of wash! :(( Wished I’d had someone else in the car to snap the photo!
