Philip Duncan takes a look at Cyclone Winston, currently Category 3, and it’s new southerly track towards New Zealand.  As we all know, Winston seems to have a mind of itself, and even though global modelling is becoming more and more in line, there is still some uncertainty about what exact day Winston will arrive. Roughly – the risk is from this Sunday to Wednesday – and these times may change as the low moves closer and we can fine tune.
