Saturday’s national forecast

> From the WeatherWatch archives

Another settled day is expected for the country today.

There are a few exceptions, however.  Northland, Auckland and Bay of Plenty could see a few passing showers today.  Fiordland and the West Coast could see a few showers too, especially this evening.

We will also notice the wind picking up a bit today and into tonight.  Damaging winds are not expected, but a freshening east to north breeze will develop as we go throughout the day.

Highs today will be in the low to middle 20’s.
