NZ tsunami warnings cancelled following M8.1, M7.4 and M7.1 earthquakes and tsunami

Final Message from Civil Defence on the 8.1 Earthquake/Tsunami Event.
4pm Friday: All tsunami warnings for NZ have now been now cancelled. Please note, strong and unusual currents and unpredictable surges will continue for up to another 24 hours. People should remain vigilant and take extra precautions with regards to beach and ocean activities – Civil Defence.
