It’s one of our favourite pasttimes, as every summer our beaches, rivers and lakes fill up with holday-making kiwis taking a dip or relaxing in the water.
This year, though, the holiday period has been marked by some distinctly un-summery temperatures around New Zealand!

Last summer i had been for multiple swims at the local beach, Paraparaumu. Was a great summer. This year though the conditions have not been anywhere close to tempting me to go in. Hope the situation changes soon!
