Large lows don’t always equal severe weather – but a low pressue zone larger than New Zealand looks to hang around our part of the world for this coming weekend, but may well linger across next week too.
Our forecast today goes out to next Wednesday, showing how the low moves in – where the rain, showers and wind is, the cold air too, but also which regions have light winds and dry weather.
Low pressure may well continue around NZ for the rest of April before more solid high pressure returns out of southern Australia going into May.
