It shows a United 747 performing a spectacular low fly-over across San Fransisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.
San Fransisco is famous for fog but on the day of this fly-over the sky was blue and cloud free.

You should amend your title here, since the aircraft doesn’t fly over the bridge, or even get close to it; the bridge just happens to be in the background. The foreshortening from the zoom lens makes it look a lot closer than it actually is.
