Strong winds are likely to build over some places today however it appears that not all of the country is in the firing line and we’d like to know how windy it is where you are today.

We’re hearing that Wellington is seeing gusts top 80kph and the Wairarapa might be seeing some decent winds as well.

Over the next few days strong and blustery winds are likely to affect parts of the country and some gusts could be potentially damaging later in the week in isolated and exposed places.

Please let us know what wind and overhead conditions are like at the moment which will give us all a better idea of what the current conditions are like and where these winds might be packing a punch.
