Northland, Auckland, Waikato & Bay Of Plenty
Morning showers then sunny spells, late afternoon isolated showers possibly heavy develop in the west about south Auckland and Waikato, also western Northland then clearing in the evening. Light easterly quarter winds.
Highs: 23-24

Western North Island (including Central North Island)
Mainly sunny weather, some cloud about inland hills / ranges during the afternoon / evening. Light winds tend onshore in the afternoon.
Highs: 22-25

Eastern North Island
Mostly sunny, there may be some cloud about mainly morning. East to northeasterly winds.
Highs: 21-23

Wellington
Mostly sunny, a few clouds at times more so from afternoon. Easterly quarter winds.
High: 21

Marlborough & Nelson
Morning cloud then sunny spells, there may be an isolated shower late afternoon / evening about inland hills and ranges otherwise mainly dry. Easterly winds for Marlborough, afternoon northerlies for Nelson.
Highs: 20-22

Canterbury
Morning cloud breaks to sunny spells, inland areas may stay fairly cloudy for much of the day. East to northeasterly winds.

West Coast
Mostly sunny, some cloud inland about the ranges with the chance of an isolated shower late afternoon / evening. Light winds tend onshore in the afternoon.

Southland & Otago
