We had continual thunder in Rukuhia (South Hamilton) for about an hour from 7-8pm last night then some lightning and light rain. Not the show we were expecting!

I can see Lightning North-West of Hamilton, flashes every 20 or so seconds.
Can’t see any fork lightning as yet
