High pressure is moving in with more frosts and foggy patches, but on Sunday a nor’wester kicks in with rain and colder air moving up the South Island. Due to high pressure around northern NZ the progress of the colder air and wet weather will be slow, moving over the North Island across Monday and Tuesday.
There’s more high pressure coming in behind it all too.
Also, thanks to Nedap, we have the latest forecast if you’re off to Mystery Creek near Hamilton Airport – foggy areas are possible but it’s looking dry, or mainly dry, over the coming days – but a bit cloudier than it’s been so far.
