Santa Tracker 2021 Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of the conditions for entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The promoter is GlobalHQ, 8 Weld Street, Feilding, New Zealand.

Employees of GlobalHQ and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. “Immediate families” means the husband, wife, spouse, parent, siblings, and children.

The promotion runs from November 26, 2021, to December 17, 2021 (the “promotion period”).

Entrants may only enter the Santa Tracker 2021 Promotion (“Promotion”) once.
To enter the Promotion individuals must complete the entry form accessed via weatherwatch.co.nz/santa

Any entrant who, in the opinion of GlobalHQ, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.

The “prize” is an assortment of products provided by the competition sponsors.
The prizes are 1x 15 Litre Husqvarna Backpack Sprayer; 1x  Deutz-Fahr 9340 TTV “Warrior” 1:32 scale model; 1x  Kioti Mechron 1:25 scale model; 1x LeVivi Roma Slide Shower (in Black); 1x Hansen Tank Level Alert Indicator; 1x Kuwi’s Very Shiny Bum softcover book; 1x Te Kirihimete I Whakakorea softcover book; 1x Festive Recipes for Advent hardcover book.

The winner of the prize will be randomly drawn by GlobalHQ after the promotion period ends. This random draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted by email or does not reply to the email within 48 hours from the time GlobalHQ sends the email then the prize will be redrawn.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or alternative prizes/products.

The prize will be dispatched to any address within New Zealand of the winner’s choice.

GlobalHQ will not be held liable for any loss or damage which results directly or indirectly from the promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
GlobalHQ collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for future GlobalHQ promotional purposes. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by GlobalHQ and will not be provided to third parties unless otherwise specifically set out.

These rules are governed by the relevant laws of New Zealand.

GlobalHQ reserves the right to modify these rules, prizes or suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time.
