Eastern North Island
Mainly cloudy with the odd shower, cool southerly winds.

Western North Island
Mainly clear skies, brisk southeasterly winds ease overnight.

Wellington
Cloudy spells break up overnight, brisk southerly winds ease.

Clear skies, northerlies die out this evening.

Clear skies, southeasterlies die out this evening.

Mainly clear skies with light winds. Southwesterlies near the coast die out this evening.
