Whether you’re a believer of Sept 1st being the start of Spring or the date of the Spring Equinox – either way spring has now definitely arrived!  This fantastic photo was sent in by weatherwatch.co.nz reader Olwen Dewhurst showing daffodils blooming near Lawrence, Central Otago.  Olwen believes over a million were planted here back in 1870.
