any chance of a good doce of heavy rain coming up soon for nelson ? nelson south eastren ranges behind the city are quite dry any chance nelson might get rain in next 14 days?

i think a light-moderate soaking rain will do good after a hard dry spell/drought. here in Auckland we need that sort of rain. not heavy atmospheric river rain like nelson 2022 flood rain or Auckland anniversary flood rain but a nice gentle persistent rain.

hey phil I am glad you removed the rain icon for today given iobnly 0.9mm are expected however looking at the radar some heavy downpours expected? might get more locally?
