A light north to northeasterly airflow lies over the country tonight, isolated showers about some North Island areas clear this evening. Fog is possible overnight in the North.

Northland

Some cloud, increasing overnight. Light northeasterlies.

Tonight’s Lows: 8-10

Auckland

Fairly cloudy skies, cloud may break overnight with the chance of some fog. Light winds.

Tonight’s Low: 10

Bay Of Plenty

Mainly clear skies this evening, some cloud increases overnight. Light
winds.

Tonight’s Low: 9

Waikato & Central North Island

Periods of cloud, any isolated showers clear this evening. Overnight may
bring some fog, light winds.

Tonight’s Low: 6

Eastern North Island

Periods of cloud, isolated showers in the ranges possibly heavy with
thunderstorms clearing away this evening. Light winds.

Tonight’s Lows: 7-8

Taranaki

Cloudy spells with light east to northeast winds, skies may be a little
clear for southern parts of the region although this then brings a risk of
fog.

Western North Island

Clear spells with isolated showers inland, some heavy then clearing this
evening. Fog patches overnight. Light winds.

Areas of high cloud thickening and lowering this evening, light
winds.

Showers ease this evening becoming infrequent, light southerlies.
