SPECIAL UPDATE — A spring blast is moving up the country with snow, hail and thunderstorms along with gales.
It peaks during Wednesday and Thursday, but another surge of rough weather moves in again on Saturday and Saturday night.
Conditions will ease in most places by Sunday.
