Monday is a colder day across the country as the southerly finally affects most of New Zealand.
However it’s short lived, with a high rolling in over the next couple of days it will mean a fairly dry and sunny start to the week.
By mid-week the warm and windy nor’westers are back and by Thursday and Friday the entire country is under the grip of a southerly that appears to be bigger and colder than the one we have today.
The upcoming weekend may well be settled, though, as a high rolls in again from the west.
