Tuesday Newsfeed: Groundhog day weather

Today is a bit like yesterday and tomorrow is a lot like today. High pressure over the Tasman Sea – low pressure east of East Cape – and New Zealand is in the middle.

Most of the country has dry weather but a few showers (or cloud) will brush Southland and also many eastern parts of the North Island. It may be mostly cloudy and dry but drizzle or showers are possible.

Rain or heavy showers are possible around Gisborne and East Cape.

Tomorrow – very similar.

Our weather video is back today for NZ + our latest Pacific Weather Update video.
