Tuesday Newsfeed: A few showers around NZ, weak cold front in Deep South

Southland has a temperature drop today as a weak front moves in, but most other places are more settled with high pressure parked just to the north west of NZ.
A few showers linger around the country today caught up in the westerly flow for many regions.
Eastern areas are driest overall.
