Blue - A cold start for inland areas, starting out between 0 to 3 degrees celcius.

Sunny weather for wet parts of the country, the east of the South Island and the Bay Of Plenty.

Saturday

Blue - Another cool start due to a ridge of high pressure, starting out around 1 to 3 degrees.

Sunny weather for wet parts of the country, the east of the South Island and the Bay Of Plenty.

Sunday

Blue - The ridge is starting to weaken a bit on Sunday, still a tad cold to start for inland areas but the area may not be as big.

Still dry for Canterbury and the Bay Of Plenty, some cloud at times for the Bay Of Plenty.
